Necesidades de capacitación para la gestión integrada de accesibilidad y movilidad en centros históricos cubanos
Training needs for officials involved in the accessibility and mobility process in historical centers
Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar las necesidades de capacitación de los funcionarios implicados en el proceso de gestión integrada de accesibilidad y movilidad en centros históricos cubanos. Para ello se asumió un enfoque cualitativo y se emplearon los métodos histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, análisis de documentos, entrevista y el método de expertos. Los resultados del diagnóstico muestran las insuficiencias en las acciones de capacitación para contribuir al desempeño de dichos funcionarios ante la carencia de un sistema de conocimientos estructurado, enfocado al desenvolvimiento de las funciones de las organizaciones. Se reconoce que atender a las problemáticas en las dimensiones pedagógica, técnica e institucional contribuye a la transformación de los modos de actuación de estos profesionales y, por consiguiente, al desarrollo adecuado del proceso de gestión. Las necesidades de aprendizaje identificadas permiten la posterior elaboración de una estrategia de capacitación.

The objective of this research was to identify the training needs of the officials involved in the process of integrated management of accessibility and mobility in Cuban historical centers. For this, a qualitative approach was assumed and the historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, document analysis, interview and expert method were used. The results of the diagnosis show the insufficiencies in the training actions to contribute to the performance of these officials in the absence of a structured knowledge system focused on the development of the functions of the organizations. It is recognized that attending to the problems in the pedagogical, technical and institutional dimensions contributes to the transformation of the modes of action of these professionals and, therefore, to the proper development of the management process. The identified learning needs allow the subsequent development of a training strategy
