Keys for the improving of pedagogic vocational guidance work

The article tackles the importance of reflecting with the intention of rescuing valuable approaches of the prolific Cuban tradition in the area of the vocational guidance, due to today’s urgent need on the topic as well as most recent past valuable experiences of this effort. The authors analyze essential theoretical aspects of this topic and the difficulties and latent lacks in the pedagogic vocational guidance in different educational contexts. In addition, some recommendations to improve this necessary and urgent work in the Faculty of Education of the University of Matanzas and in school institutions that constitute a source for entering in the pedagogic professional training.
