Work organization procedure on process of university extension

This article developing a work organization procedure that allows to know the potentialities that impact on the fulfillment of the tasks of such process. Are used interview, document review, individual continuous observation, self-observation, and the ISTAS 21 method. Are used the cluster analysis by software SPSS 15.0. We obtain as results that there is an overuse of the working day, but this is not related in extension’s activities; and that the most affected psychosocial factors are: qualitative and quantitative demands, double presence, influence on tasks and control of working times.
