The preparation of the authorities like a pedagogic problem

Abstract

The process of preparation of the authorities constitutes an urgent necessity for the Cuban society. This article has as objective to identify the limitations that at the present time has the pedagogic process of preparation of the authorities, those that block the quality of its results and they don't guarantee the quality of the process from the Provincial Government of the Popular Power in the territory matancero. Se it uses a qualitative methodology, based on the revision of documental sources, as well as you interview and surveys. They participated in the study 20 Organs of, authorities and 36 specialists of this area. A methodological guide was used for the consultation of the different focuses and theoretical procedures, as well as the indications of the Cuban State for the preparation of its authorities. The obtained results show arguments of the one mentioned pedagogic process starting from the consistency of the content and the identification for the agents of the positive experiences, limitations and challenges that at the present time has the design in the county. Conclusions: The identification on the part of the agents of the positive experiences, limitations and challenges contributed to a progress in the design of the pedagogic process from the Provincial Government.
