Abstract

In the article it is approached one of the dimensions of the curriculum, the curricular design and the importance of having present the tasks of this that guide in proceeding when elaborating a program, indicating the importance of looking toward the curriculum of the career. The elaboration of the program of the optional course is presented: The teaching of the resolution of the physical-educational problems, is emphasized in the didactic treatment that should be given; the instruments used to evaluate the introduction in the pedagogic practice respond to the qualitative methodology and the obtained results are presented.
