Abstract

The purpose of this article is to clarify the concept of Organizational Culture, evidencing its impact on the daily work of Public Higher Education Institutions. In this documentary article, the method used was focused on a review of the literature. As a result, different concepts of the term Organizational Culture were obtained, identifying leadership as an attribute that managers of Higher Education Institution must possess to guide the achievement of institutional objectives. As a main conclusion, it will be to identify the Organizational Culture of the Institution, to elucidate and later solve the problems derived from human changes, taking as reference the contributions of the socioformation.
