Information and knowledge management in the strategic sector Life Task

Abstract

The irrational use of natural resources has been the fundamental cause of climate change. Phenomenon from which Cuba is not exempt. The objective of the study is to develop an observatory that responds to certain priorities of the Life Task State Plan for the improvement of the strategic management of science, technology and environmental innovation in the sustainable and sustainable decision-making of the territories. Theoretical and empirical methods were applied. The result is an optimal technological alternative for the management of science, technology and environmental innovation for decision-making in the territories.
