Abstract

Teacher training in social and affective education of college professor constitutes a possible way to face limitations in conceptions of training and teaching performance. This topics not always are taken into account in the design of teacher training programs. The goal of this paper is to analyze the main characteristics of teacher training programs, by using theoretical methods such as synthetic- analytical method and inductive- deductive method, documentary analysis method was used like empirical method. The review shows that the programs are flexible, they are conceived for different moments of performance, they have different structure and topics, social and affective education is included.
