Research training: its cultural approach

Abstract

Paper is focus in research training and its relation with scientific culture in Higher Education. The objective is to analyze scientific production related with this topic. Analysis is conduct from a hermeneutic approach, and it’s organized with methodological contributions of the bibliographic review and its stages: problem definition, search, organization, and analysis of information, prioritizing the texts published in the last five years. The study shows a scientific production sustained for Ibero-American countries. It is recognized that research training allows preservation, develop, and promotion of the scientific culture, and research skills are an important component in this process. Finally, it was concluded that research training is eminently cultural because it is developing through the scientific logic accumulated in the science and the profession culture.
