Abstract

The research establishes the relationship between learning styles and academic achievements in university students of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the National University Daniel Alcides Carrión, Perú. The research aimed to determine the degree of relationship between learning styles and academic achievement, likewise; know the most prevalent styles, verify academic achievements and analyze the relationship between the study variables. The scientific method and logical methods allowed the research process to be developed in a sample of 54 students where the observation and survey technique was used to apply the standardized Blander and Grinder questionnaire of 24 questions, obtaining 0.820 as a result. according to the chi-square test, which shows that there is no degree of dependence, but there is a low relationship between learning styles and academic achievement; the visual style being more predominant and the majority of the students found themselves to be sufficient in their academic achievements.
