Abstract

The education is catapulted as a human right that must be recognized by the States, the foregoing indicates that the countries must enforce it within their domestic law, with the intention of creating actions and strategies that make this right total. An important part of the recognition of this right is educational inclusion, where institutions must walk so that students with a disability or learning problem, and in general all students, can integrate into a world of general learning. Therefore, this work is about the experience that the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí has had in the subject of inclusion. This was done through a specific study with the population that presents a disability, visualizing the teaching-learning process for them, through dialogue with the teaching staff.
