Abstract

Student satisfaction is related to the way Higher Education Institutions meet their needs. That is why in the last years they have carried out studies of satisfaction, becoming a key piece of the evaluation of the quality of the Universities. The objective of this work was to perform an analysis of the studies of student satisfaction carried out in the Institutions of Mexico, carrying out a documentary review of the state of the art. It is concluded that these studies should contribute to improvements in educational services, providing better conditions for students to prepare for the challenges of the 21st century.
