Integral Quality Model for Polytechnic Universities of México. An approach from socioformation

The purpose of this study was to establish a standardized concept of educational quality based on the development of a quality assurance model for the Subsystem of Polytechnic Universities (UP's) of Mexico, considering the socioformation. A documentary analysis was carried out based on three categories: Concept of Educational Quality, Integral Model of Quality and Methodology to apply the model. One of the main results was to incorporate the socioformation approach to the concept of educational quality and its impact in the quality assurance of UPs, through the design of a Comprehensive Quality Model (MICASUP).
