Abstract

The Management for Results (GpR) is analyzed within the framework of the Knowledge Society (KS) to innovate the management processes. A qualitative study (documentary analysis) was carried out to find, organize and analyze information on the subject. The results were: describe the challenges of the KS for Strategic Management; describe strategies so that the GpR influences the Culture of Organizations; and, find strategies to break the resistance to change; the GpR is a methodological tool that emphasizes public administration and its results, involving society, conformed in a KS.
