Proposal of a concept on heritage interpretation

The article approaches the topic of the interpretation of the heritage from the different ways of to perceive it and to understand it in its historical evolution. The objective is to present a definition of heritage. For the systematization of the theoretical backgrounds methodslike the historical-logical, analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were applied, from a qualitative methodology. As a result, definitions offered by different authors on the term were gathered, analyzed and compared, what allowed conceiving a new work definition with theoretical and practical value, for their use in educational contexts in the Higher Cuban Education.
