The zonal primary director in function to the identity with the rural environs

The aim of the article is to analyze the importance of identity with the rural environment as a thematic line of preparation addressed to the head of primary school. Presents an alternative that combines the forms of professional improvement with methodological work. The methodology based on the materialist dialectical method guides Participatory Action Research (IAP) by using the theoretical methods: analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical-logical and the empirical: document analysis, observation, interview and survey. It shows the need to guarantee a director who achieves a close relationship with the environment in rural primary school to project his work based on identity.
