Virtual education during the Pandemic COVID -19

The purpose of this research is to carry out an analysis of the adaptations that were made in the José E Medrano Normal Superior School of the State of Chihuahua, Mexico, in the face of the confinement caused by Sar-2 Covid 19 and how information technologies contributed to continue with the educational process. The objective is to evaluate the actions implemented and make decisions for the one that contributes to continuous improvement and quality in the following semester, which will be carried out remotely. The research approach is qualitative, since instruments such as interviews, surveys and documentary review will be used. The method was a descriptive case study. Work meetings were held with the headquarters located in different cities of the state, consultations through google forms to the teacher-students, analysis of the regular documentation of the semester, interviews with the professors and the monitoring of the educational platform that is used. The results were categorized as actions of success and difficulties before the change to virtual education, as well as for each unit. The research provides academic elements to the authorities for decision-making and improvement of the educational process.
