MODEL FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PEER TUTORING

The Primary Education Informatics teacher must develop didactic competence for their successful professional performance. It is this work’s objective to propose a methodological strategy to develop their didactic competence. The dialectic materialist method allows reaching investigation with scientific rigor. Methodological strategy contributes towards the development of didactic competence of these Informatics teachers, from successful development of their functions, shown in the skills for technology use, capacity for planning the teaching-learning process, personality qualities and motivation for performing such duties.
