Abstract

Pedagogical university should in integrating their processes, design preparing professionals to facilitate and enrich the cultural life of the territories, as in pedagogy are essential aspects of its work, the promotion of culture and contribute to the participation active population in their own development. University Extension as one of the essential processes of pedagogical university, is decisive in the initial training of education professionals, which are inserted to local development strategies. The objective of this paper is to base the guidelines for the operation of community college educational projects and their contribution to the development of professional identity culture of education.
