Abstract

This paper deals with the problem of forming a new Venezuelan citizen in the 21st century, related to heightening consciousness and spirit, with true feelings of love, honesty, solidarity and justice to accelerate the construction of a more just and equalitarian society, totally opposed to the capitalist system. Values are presented here conceived and founded on the principles of 21st century socialism in Venezuela.
