This article aims to describe the process of training distributed leadership in students of the Sociocultural Management for Development career, for intervention in favor of cultural heritage. The critical-reflexive method is used in order to establish, through a critical approach, the levels of student leadership training in its distributed typology and, based on reflective solutions, transform the difficulties detected and enable the development of leaders. student. As the most significant results, once the educational strategy is applied, they highlight the development of skills and the acquisition of knowledge by the students, to carry out tasks with a higher level of motivation and interest in the intervention in favor of cultural heritage. In this sense, a favorable transformation towards the formation of distributed leadership in university students can be evidenced.
