Teaching of programming: the importance of promoting autodidactic attitudes in students
Keywords:
Learning, self-taught, research, teaching methodology, programming.Abstract
Over the years a very solid programming teaching methodology was formed, which aims to have the teacher masterfully share his class and that the students understand the subject and then apply it in a laboratory, developed only in the way that the professor teaches. Such methodology is very efficient in initial subjects; however, with the need to cover more complex subjects added to the great change that constantly exists in paradigms and programming tools, it is proposed the use of a methodology that promotes self-taught attitudes in students, obtaining great advantages for teachers and students.
