Abstract

The evaluation in the way of professional performance constitutes a guarantee to achieve the relevancy of the pregrade formation in the student's development. This work has as an objective to propose indicators to control the development in the physical performance way - motive - sport in students of the of Physical Culture career at the Oriente University. The scientific methods used were the theoretical level the analytic-synthetic, inductive. deductive, revision of documents and of the empiric level the observation, the approach of experts, the survey, the interview, as well as the statistical ones, for the analysis of the obtained data; whose results showed that are not explicit the specificities in the way of the Physical Culture professional's performance and its evaluation. It is concluded that is necessary to elevate the evaluation quality of this process, to improve the participation and the student's feedback during the same one, emphasizing in this professional's characteristic elements that identify them.
