Abstract

The objective of the work is to design a methodology for psycho-educational intervention in assertiveness in school sports teachers. The methodological device was based on the critical theory of reality from the dialectical perspective. Mixed approach, with emphasis on the qualitative research method, of an idiographic nature along with psychometric applications of a descriptive and participatory nature. Focusing the sample on 12 teachers, age range 28 to 42 years. The methodology for psycho-educational intervention was interpreted not only in how change is achieved in professionals, but also in the relevance, stability and multiplication of said effect, minimizing aggressive attitudes in inter-subjectivity and raising awareness towards professional improvement and human.
