From the implementation of the "E" Study Plan, in university careers, continuous training is conceived through three stages: undergraduate training in broad profile careers, preparation for employment and postgraduate training. Objective: Assess the relevance of the methodology for the care and monitoring of the recent graduate of the Bachelor of Education career, Pedagogy-Psychology specialty in the period of preparation for employment, taking into account the hygienic-sanitary measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: In theorists: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive; in the empirical, observation, documentary analysis, interview, survey and workshops of critical opinion and collective construction. As a statistician-mathematician, the percentage analysis. Results: The main result is the methodology for the attention and follow-up to the recent graduate of the Bachelor's Degree in Education, specialty Pedagogy-Psychology. Conclusions: The results of the application of the methodology allowed to raise the quality and rigor of the care of the recent graduate in the period of preparation for employment, taking into account the new normal after the Covid-19 pandemic.
