The directive leadership in the conflict management of educational institutions

The objective of the article was to determine the relationship between managerial leadership and conflict management in public educational institutions. It corresponds to the quantitative approach, of the basic type; The methodology had three phases: investigation, classification and systematization of the information, served as a basis to explore and understand the types, the role of the leader and his presence in conflict management in educational institutions. The results show that there is a trend towards situational leadership. Confirming, that the leadership of the director contributes to the change in educational institutions at the level of conflict management
