Abstract

The article is about professor formation models and its dimensions based in the actual world changes. It brings an idea of how will be that model and its components in order to satisfy that necessities and the changes. In order to get some conclusions, it is valuated the concept of professor formation, formation models and the components that authors bring. No one of the models presented today resolve the formation of university professor, because they need a change of attitudes, values and conceptions. Each components of the formation: professional, pedagogic and personal required essential changes in order to reach the type of professor that assume every role. Only if the professor penetrates in the real actual world and in his practice, and interpreting those changes he will chose what he needs, obtains and modify his teaching.
