Objective: To evaluate a Service-Learning Agile Methodologies model to optimize the effective transfer of administrative knowledge from university students to entrepreneurs at different stages (pre-entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and post-entrepreneurship). Methods: Mixed-methods research using a participatory action research model with a cross-cutting approach. Thirty-four eighth-semester Business Administration students and 89 entrepreneurs participated in virtual workshops (January-April and July-September 2025). A diagnostic form from the MIPRO (Program for the Development of Entrepreneurship) was used to classify the entrepreneurs, along with interviews, focus groups, surveys, and follow-up matrices. Results: The results showed that the entrepreneur classification allowed for the design of contextualized training strategies: pre-entrepreneurs (Business Model Canvas, SWOT analysis, SCAMPER), entrepreneurs (performance indicators, process mapping), and post-entrepreneurs (Balanced Scorecard, Design Thinking). High participation and satisfaction were observed, with effective knowledge transfer through applied projects. Conclusions: The model contributes to strengthening entrepreneurial management and enhances the transformative function of the university by integrating administrative theory with real practice, training professionals with strategic skills and social commitment.
